With a proprietary chip that is six times faster than current industry standards, Dojo is being positioned to serve other companies similarly to Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the 2000s.

Initially developed to enhance autonomous vehicle technology, Dojo can process 160 billion video frames daily. This capability is intended to train vision-based AI for various sectors, including healthcare and defense. Analysts at Morgan Stanley have noted that Musk’s chip is more efficient and potentially cheaper than existing hardware solutions.
